Growing the Roots of Your Calling

Our "Growing the Roots of Your Calling" program is based on the 4-part devotional series, Growing Roots for a Mission Driven Life. Each session is designed to help you uncover God’s calling for your life.  If you have you ever wondered: Is this really all there is to my life? Is this what I was really created to do? Is life really meant to just be about going through the motions, checking boxes and being ‘responsible'? If so, then "Growing the  Roots of Your Calling" programs are for you! It’s a women’s Biblically, based training designed to help you uncover God’s calling for your life. Through this program, you’ll learn the connection of planting yourself in the church to your calling; the importance of writing a personal mission statement for your life; how to reveal your specific calling by using your S.I.G.N., S.H.A.P.E. and strengths; actionable steps to nourish your seed for future growth, and more. We’ll spend our time diving into Biblical examples and learning what the Bible says regarding the daily decision we make.

Colossians 2:7 “Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”

Testimonials

Beth Armstrong is a person who is firmly rooted in her own faith. You can see the depth of her understanding of God’s call on a human life in the way she lives her faith in active and practical ways. I saw her struggles as she began to hear God speak to her in a new way in regard to her life’s journey. She has the heart of a teacher, and she has a heart desire to see people experiencing more of the grace of God in their lives as they discover what an amazing God can do with the gifts of his people. He brings focus, freedom, joy and power into a life journey that matters. I’ve heard her speak, and I’ve seen her passion for God flow into the lives of others. This is a study and a teaching moment that is worth the time and the effort it will take to see the seed God has already planted grow into a full life and bears great fruit.

The Growing Roots for a Mission Driven Life was a great class!  I absolutely loved the material and topics each week and found the scripture references very applicable to life today. I thought it was a great reminder that the Word is still relevant and where we need to turn to find the answers we seek..The handouts were very helpful to reference throughout the week, and I loved to listen to the insights from other members of the class.
