Only through growing our own roots deep into God and uncovering who He made us to be, can we bear abundant fruit and live the life we never dreamed possible. Rooted Leaders exists to help you do exactly that by applying proven leadership principles with Biblical precepts to our lives.

Our Mission
Rooted Leaders is equipping EVERY woman to reach her full potential by discovering the calling God has on her life through the utilization of proven leadership & biblical principles. Every program is focused on developing her ‘roots’ so that she can lead an impactful and purpose-filled life inspiring others and producing ‘good fruit’ as she grows.
BUSINESS & STAFF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
The Rooted Business Leaders Program is designed to offer a variety of training classes and topics to meet the needs of your growing and evolving business. Our belief is that all great leaders have common core leadership 'roots,' and it's our passion to be able to develop those roots in your team. We want to partner with you in producing a company that bears good fruit.
GROWING THE ROOTS OF YOUR CALLING
Our 'Growing Roots' program is designed to help you identify God’s calling for your life. Through the Growing Roots program, you’ll learn the connection between your calling and planting yourself in the church; the importance of writing a personal mission statement for your life; how to reveal your specific calling by using your S.H.A.P.E., S.I.G.N., and strengths; and develop actionable steps to nourish your seed for future growth.
PERSONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Through Rooted Leaders "Empowering God's Women TODAY to Walk Out God's Calling on Their Life TOMORROW" program, we provide personalized three or six month personal leadership development sessions which equip EVERY woman to reach her full potential. These personalized sessions can take place in individual 1:1 sessions or in a small group setting where women meet monthly and grow their fundamental leadership 'roots.'
WOMEN MINISTERS & TEAMS
Rooted Leaders was created to positively impact the lives of women. There is no better sphere in which to accomplish our mission than by partnering to develop the leadership potential of women ministers and their teams. Whether you are seeking opportunities for strategic planning and analysis, team building, equipping through delegation, we are here to help you and your ministry team grow.
NONPROFIT LEADERS
With a long history of growing my own leadership roots as a volunteer in a nonprofit organization, I'm thrilled to be able to take the lessons I've learned and offer a variety of training programs specifically designed to: meet the needs of your current leadership and emerging leaders; rekindle the spark in volunteers and reengage them in your organization; or walk you through the creation of strategic planning and implementation.
